Among 120mm extrusion profile rigs, the TR120S V2 is one of the most affordable mainstream options — significantly under the €700 average. An important note here is that the blue version may no longer be available (it is out of stock at this moment). It seems that the production of the blue extrusion profiles causes a lot of ‘waste’ due to imperfections during the process.

The pedal plate system is extremely versatile:

Most visible movement comes from the rubber feet, not the structure itself.

The wheelbase mount design, while modular, is also rock-solid — little to no flex even under strong forces. Adding stabilizing feet further improves rigidity.

Each vertical beam connects to the horizontal base with 4 strong attachment points and large 120mm contact surfaces — ensuring excellent stability even without extra brackets.

The extrusion profiles differ slightly in core design between vertical and horizontal beams for optimal strength and reduced weight.

🛠️ Build quality is excellent — with clean anodizing, minimal imperfections, and tight tolerances.
⚠️ Minor issues: the end-caps don’t always sit flush, and height adjustments can cause small scratches on the profiles.

Visually, it’s stunning. The curved layout, branding, and especially the sparkling blue finish make this rig stand out.

The TR120S has a bold, modern design — robust yet elegant:

  • Wide seat base narrowing toward the pedals.
  • Curved back end with heavy-duty connectors.

Trak Racer also removed unnecessary side slots for a cleaner look and less dust buildup — a small but appreciated detail.
